Our goal is to create a safe, healing, and nourishing environment to discuss holistic and integrated ways to support your specific needs, goals,  and individualized fertility path. You will receive recommendations, resources, suggestions, and ways that we can care for your whole self. We will work together so that you feel empowered  and an active participant in your healing journey.

You deserve to  be witnessed and compassionately cared for. Shelli is a Holistic Reproductive Practitioner who can facilitate mind/body/soul healing around reproductive health issues. Our goal is to create a safe, healing, and nourishing environment to discuss holistic and integrated ways to support your specific needs, goals,  and individualized cycle needs. You will receive recommendations, resources, suggestions, and ways that we can care for your whole self. We will work together so that you feel empowered and an active participant in your healing journey.

Packages

 *All packages can be individualized based on your needs and meeting you where you’re at in your journey. Below are my recommendations for each fertility path.

*Regular reflexology sessions can continuously return the body to a relaxed state that is beneficial for conception. 

Holistic Fertility: In-depth consult to determine and make an individualized plan to optimize your specific fertility type. You will get a copy of custom recommendations, nutrition, explanations, and lifestyle options to amp up your fertility type. You will also receive 4 reflexology/reiki combo sessions (one a week) in a month to support your hormones, reproductive health, and mind-body connection as you move through your cycle.

90 min intake and  4- 90 min reflexology/reiki combos, $725

IVF support: These offerings are tailor made for people going through the IVF process. You will receive reflexology/reiki combo sessions once a week while taking medication leading up to your egg retrieval. This supports your physical response, but also aids in stress relief and nurtures your entire self. Then we will do a special reflexology/reiki combo session soon after your egg retrieval to support your body in healing, hormone regulation, and to nurture your mind-body connection  as you navigate next steps. These offerings are specifically made to support people going through the IVF process so that they feel seen, cared for, and supported in their mind, body, and soul.

 3- 90 min reflexology/reiki combos, $425

• If you are doing a fresh embryo transfer, we will replace your last combo session with a reiki meditation session post-transfer  

IUI support: These offerings are specifically made to support people going through any IUI process. You will receive reflexology/reiki combo sessions once a week throughout the first half of your cycle before ovulation. These sessions can support healthy ovulation, ovary response, and mind-body wellness. After you ovulate and have the IUI procedure, you will receive a reiki or meditation session once a week to promote feelings of stress relief and being cared for during the “two week wait”. 

 2- 90 min reflexology/reiki combos, and 1- 50 min  reiki session  $375

Egg Freezing support: These offerings are specifically made to support people that are freezing their eggs whether it’s to preserve fertility, to eventually make embryos, to preserve their eggs before receiving gender affirming care, and everything in between. Your sessions will reflect your specific journey. You will receive reflexology/reiki combo sessions once a week during your stimulation medications to optimize your physical response, but to also care for your mind-body connection as you move through this process. You will receive another reflexology/reiki combo session following your egg retrieval to support healing and balance. 

 3- 90 min reflexology/reiki combos, $425

Embryo Transfer support: Reflexology and Reiki combo sessions are a wonderful option for people going through the embryo transfer process as it nurtures, relaxes, and balances the body and mind to make room for new beginnings. I recommend receiving a combo reflexology/reiki session once before your transfer and a reiki/meditation session  after your transfer during the waiting period before your pregnancy test. This is a deeply nourishing and relaxing way to care for your mind-body-soul connection.

 2- 90 min reflexology/reiki combos, and 1- 50 min  reiki session  $375

Support after miscarriage or negative pregnancy test: We are here for you, no matter what the outcome may be. Whether you are dealing with a negative pregnancy test or a loss of your pregnancy, we will be there to support you in your emotional processing. Reiki or meditation sessions are offered to nurture your mind-body health and to aid in recognizing and releasing emotions and fears. Shelli facilitates a compassionate and open healing space as a container for you to be witnessed and share if you feel called to.

Birth Trauma Healing Ceremony

90 min ; $150

Birth can be an unpredictable event that has the potential to leave an impact on our emotional and physical selves. This can affect our day-to-day function or can be re-triggered and brought to the surface. Through a Birth Trauma Healing Ceremony, you will use physical objects (rocks, flowers, candles, etc), breath work, and somatic movement in a beautiful healing ceremony. This ceremony aids in releasing stored trauma and emotions, as well as celebrating aspects that you would like to keep with you. You will be seen, heard, and validated in a safe space facilitated by Shelli, a doula and holistic reproductive practitioner. Whether you gave birth this year, or 50 years ago, this ceremony is calling to you.

Reflexology and reiki combination sessions holistically address common reproductive health concerns by supporting the emotional and physical symptoms as well as aiding to balance the root cause. Reflexology is a gentle, safe, and effective way to support hormonal balance, detoxification, stress relief, and more regular cycles. Reiki can address the emotional and energetic side to these common issues, making room for you to heal from the inside out while feeling deeply cared for and seen. Shelli is a Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner who has walked with many people through different stages of healing their cycles from pre-menstruation to post-menopause.
